New Induction Cook-Top Concierge Service

We have just acquired several Viking Commercial-Type Portable Induction Cookers for our clients use during their kitchen remodel.  The Cook-Tops are very good looking, durable, and responsive. The surface of an induction cook-top never gets hot so it is easy to keep clean (food does not burn onto the surface) and it is extremely safe to use in more confined spaces.  You must have some magnetic component in the cookware you use as the unit uses magnetic energy to heat the pot.  Most modern cookware like All-Clad ( add link ) will work quite well.
